Many years ago I first heard Chris de Burgh’s-Where Peaceful Waters Flow. I encourage you to find a peaceful place to listen to it and listen to your inner wisdom to understand that it’s in your hands only love can find a way.

How do we learn to better love ourselves and each other is an important question we need to answer. We have a personal view on what we mean by the word love. An important message in this document is that the foundation for loving ourselves is our ability to listen to the wisdom of our soul. Our ability to listen to our inner wisdom is influenced by the level of stress in our life. Thus, giving ourselves permission to find ways to reduce our personal stress helps us to love ourselves, love each other and partner with others to build a healthy society and planet for ourselves and our children.
